The festival, which will open at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition in mid-April, Juche 103 (2014), will bring together armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, people of various circles, school youth and children, overseas Koreans including those of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and foreigners.

There will take place also in local areas Kimilsungia exhibitions and visits to Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses during the period.
