Day of Sun to Be Celebrated in Benin

| Pyongyang, March 19 (KCNA) -- A Beninese national preparatory committee for celebrating the 102nd birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) was formed in Cotonou on Mar. 11. Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea who is chairman of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader", was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee decided to organize diverse political and cultural events praising the undying feats of the President on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
