Meari Shooting Gallery
Pyongyang, March 13 (KCNA) -- The Meari Shooting Gallery, located at the foot of a hill in Chongchun Street here has been remodeled recently.

An increasing number of people go to the gallery to spend enjoyable time.

Kim Yong Ho, deputy manager of the gallery, told KCNA that the Meari Shooting Gallery provides shooting, sports and amusements services.

He said:

The indoor gallery houses the 25-meter pistol range, 50-meter rifle range, archery ground, ray gun range and electron gun range.

The shooters are awarded prizes when getting high marks, while children getting the knack of shooting in the electron gun range.

Pak Nam Song, a student of the Hanggu Senior Secondary School in Hanggu District, Nampho City, said he felt as if he were a master shot when he was shooting at wild animals displayed on screen.

I will study harder in the future to repay the loving care shown by the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, he said.

Visitors can also shoot at living animals at the outdoor range and take food prepared with them.

The gallery also has tennis, badminton and volleyball courts.

Song Yon Hyang, an employee, said that many foreigners visit the gallery. One of them said that he was deeply moved by the loving care shown by Marshal Kim Jong Un for the people, she added.
