Anyone Can Be Branded as Spy in S. Korea: Lawyer
Pyongyang, March 13 (KCNA) -- The south Korean internet paper Voice of People on March 11 carried lawyer Kim Yong Min's article on the spying case sparking off public furor recently.

The article recalled that a suspected spying case which shocked all south Koreans turned out to be not guilty.

It went on:

When the case ended with a poor detective story jointly cooked up by the Intelligence Service's unsubstantial investigation, unreasonable indictment of the prosecution and irresponsible reports of media, the Intelligence Service produced new evidence, but it was officially confirmed that the evidence was also fabricated.

A new spying case can be cooked up anytime under the present social system in which the Intelligence Service is not monitored and controlled.

It is necessary to bear in mind that anyone can be branded as a spy as long as the Intelligence Service is allowed to fake up evidence and make spies.
