S. Korea's Policy of Discrimination against Women under Fire
Pyongyang, March 5 (KCNA) -- Civic and public organizations of south Korea including the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions held a news conference in Seoul on Monday in protest against the authorities' policy of discrimination against women, according to the south Korean newspaper Labor and World.

At the news conference speakers said that south Korean women are not free from discrimination and oppression.

The part-time job set by the regime under the pretext of employment flexibility is the worst one targeting female workers, they charged, adding:

Nevertheless, the regime is talking about the expansion of the job, advertising it as a policy for creating new jobs.

They called upon women to pool their efforts to struggle against the regime's policy of discrimination against women.

They demanded the authorities stop bringing pain to women any longer but solve the issue of part-time job for women.
