Meari Shooting Gallery Starts Service
Pyongyang, March 1 (KCNA) -- The remodeled Meari Shooting Gallery started service.

It has been face-lifted to suit the environment of the picturesque hillside in Chongchun Street and aesthetic needs of the times. There are various shooting ranges, archery grounds, video game facilities, restaurant and other service facilities.

As soon as the gallery was opened to visitors on Saturday, it draws a large crowd of them.

It was crowded with school youth and children pleased to hit rabbits, deers and wild boars appearing on large displays in the ray gun shooting gallery and working people in the electronic gun shooting gallery feeling as if they were in the live-bullet shooting range.

The number of visitors to the 50 meter rifle shooting range, the 25 meter pistol shooting range and the 30 meter indoor archery ground grew as the time passed.

The outdoor firing range behind the building of the indoor firing gallery also attracted interest of visitors.

They broke into applause when they hit moving targets such as pheasants, chickens and balloons one after another.

Uninterrupted laughter was heard from among service boys and girls and working people when the animals hit by them were presented to them.

People were deeply impressed to visit the room for education in shooting, shower, outdoor sporting ground and outdoor eating sites.
