Mikhail Panchenko, general secretary of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, said that Kim Jong Il was a peerlessly great patriot and tender-hearted father of the people who devoted his all to the building of a thriving nation, possessed of intense loyalty to President Kim Il Sung and the ardent love for the country and its people.

His life was scared one of a great man who performed immortal exploits on behalf of the party, revolution, his motherland and people, the general secretary noted.

Oleg Novikov, chairman of the February 16 Youth Society for the Study of Juche Idea and Songun Politics of Belarus, said it was significantly observing the 40th anniversary of Kim Jong Il's proclamation of the programme for modeling of the whole society on Kimilsungism. He reiterated his resolution to intensify the activities for studying and disseminating Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that supreme leader Kim Jong Un set forth the modeling of the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the supreme programme of the Workers' Party of Korea and has wisely led the struggle for accomplishing it.

Oleg Vernik, chairman of the Moldovan Songun Youth Union for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that Kim Jong Il's revolutionary career was noble one as he dedicated himself to the prosperity of the country and the happiness of its people.
