Theses on Socialist Rural Question Praised by Foreign Organizations

| Pyongyang, March 1 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea released a joint statement on February 17 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the theses on the socialist rural question. The statement said: 50 years have passed since President Kim Il Sung made public a work "Theses on the Socialist Rural Question in Our Country". In the theses the President clearly laid down the fundamental principles to be held fast to in socialist rural construction. The theses serve as highly important guidelines for socialist rural construction. The great vitality of the theses has been displayed in the DPRK. Supreme leader Kim Jong Un in his recent historic letter referred to the sea changes that have taken place since the publication of the theses. Theses of Kim Il Sung opened a bright prospect for agricultural development in the DPRK. The validity of the theses is now being fully demonstrated. We are sure that the Korean people will register fresh successes under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un. |
