It brought together teachers, researchers and postgraduate students of the university. It was divided into eight panels including machine-building industry, IT and energy. At least 160 scientific and technological papers urgently needed for economic development and improvement of people's living standard were presented to the festival.

There took place an exhibition of latest technology and new technological products including modern analyzing apparatuses developed by the university and dissemination of scientific and technical books.

Special prize to the papers presented by 15 units and those by 25 teachers and researchers.
