The message expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Serbia would grow stronger in the interests of the two peoples, wishing the prime minister greater success in his work for the independent development and prosperity of the country.

DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a similar message to his Serbian counterpart Ivan Mrkic on the same day.
