Meeting for Solidarity with Korean People Held in Britain
Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) -- A meeting for solidarity with Korean people took place in London on Feb. 2 to support the New Year Address of supreme leader Kim Jong Un and the crucial proposal of the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK.

Present there were personages of the New Communist Party of Britain, the British Association for the Study of the Songun Policy, the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association and masses.

Attended there on invitation were members of the DPRK Mission in Britain.

At the meeting Dermot Hudson, chairman of the British Association for the Study of the Songun Policy, informed the participants of the part related to Korea's reunification in the New Year Address and the crucial proposal made by the NDC of the DPRK.

Speeches were made there to fully support the crucial proposal of the NDC of the DPRK calling for paving a broad avenue for mending the north-south relations and to express solidarity with the cause of the Korean people.

A decision was made there to send to the British parliament a letter urging it to adopt a resolution demanding the U.S. and the south Korean authorities cancel their projected Key Resolve and Foal Eagle, and to stage a protest demonstration outside the U.S. and south Korean embassies in London in case the military drills start.
