Minju Joson Terms U.S. Hideous Criminal State
Pyongyang, February 11 (KCNA) -- Kyodo News of Japan recently said that the U.S. conducted the field test of biological weapons several times early in the 1960s. It was reported that the U.S. scattered rice-plant fever germs in the air and collected data on the speed of germ spread in rice fields.

Minju Joson Tuesday observes in a commentary in this regard:

The U.S. field test was aimed to deal a decisive strike at the food production in other countries in a bid to monopolize food and, on its basis, realize its strategy for world domination at any cost.

It has persistently pursued the hostile policy toward the DPRK by already using even bio-chemical weapons in the1950s, pursuant to its own logic that in order to dominate the world it is necessary to stifle first of all the DPRK, the gateway to Northeast Asia.

The U.S. conducted the field test of biological weapons by rice-plant fever germ which has negative effect on the production of rice, the main staple food of the Asian people, even in the postwar. This means that food safety and vital rights of the people of Korea and other Asian countries were exposed to a grave threat of the U.S.

The U.S. is gravely threatening the DPRK with bio-chemical weapons by deploying many bio-chemical weapons and special units in south Korea.

The U.S. is the source of all evils in the world as it unhesitatingly threatens even the food safety and vital rights of other nations, not content with encroaching upon the dignity and sovereignty of other countries and nations by using bio-chemical weapons even in alien lands.

The U.S. should be sternly tried by justice and human conscience at the international human rights court as criminal harassing peace and security of the world, kingpin of human rights abuse and special-class criminal state standing in the way of the prosperity of humankind.
