Day of Shining Star to Be Observed in Denmark

| Pyongyang, February 7 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il (Day of the Shining Star) was inaugurated in Copenhagen, Denmark on January 28. A member of the leadership of the Communist Party in Denmark and the chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association were elected co-chairmen of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold colorful events for praising Kim Jong Il's exploits on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star. |
