DPRK's Greatest Holidays to Be Marked in Cambodia

Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- A Cambodian preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) and the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (Day of the Shining Star) was inaugurated on Feb.1.

Kong Sam Ol, deputy prime minister in charge of the Royal Palace, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee at the instruction of King Norodom Sihamoni.

The preparatory committee decided to give wide publicity to the imperishable revolutionary exploits of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il through media and hold diverse political and cultural events on the occasion of their birth anniversaries.
