The work, made public on January 29, Juche 92 (2003), clarifies the idea that the Songun revolutionary line and the Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea are an effective political mode of the present era which carried forward President Kim Il Sung's idea and line of attaching importance to arms and a scientific revolutionary line and political mode fully meeting the requirements of the times and revolution.
