Greatest Holidays of DPRK to Be Celebrated in Mexico

| Pyongyang, February 5 (KCNA) -- The Mexican national preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) and the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (Day of the Shining Star) was inaugurated at the building of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico on January 29. Jesus Antonio Carlos Hernandez, general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee decided to give wide publicity to the revolutionary careers and exploits of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and hold political and cultural events including meeting, seminar and lecture from February 1 to April 15. |
