Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in DR Congo

| Pyongyang, January 30 (KCNA) -- DR Congo preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was inaugurated in Kinshasa on January 22. The chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of DR Congo was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee decided to organize political and cultural events including meeting, film show and photo exhibition in the period between January 23 and February 16. |
