Kim Jong Il's Feats Praised by Foreign Figures
Pyongyang, December 25 (KCNA) -- A remembrance meeting was held in Russia and a lecture, book and photo exhibition and a film show in India and Pakistan and a reading session in Guinea on December 16 and 17 on the occasion of the second anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

On display at the venues of the book and photo exhibition were photos documenting the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il and supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were books and pictures introducing the DPRK.

Films shown included "Arms of Korea".

The chairman of the Russian Blagobeshensk Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism praised the gifted wisdom and noble virtue of Kim Jong Il who performed immortal exploits in the cause of building a thriving nation and achieving the national reunification with his outstanding political ability.

The chairman of the Juche Idea Study Society of Indian Delhi said Kim Jong Il was a man of outstanding stratagem and matchless pluck. He went on:

Kim Jong Il led to victory the socialist cause and the cause of independence against imperialism regarding the Songun politics as a basic political mode under socialism.

The reality in the DPRK instills the great courage into the progressive mankind advancing along the road of independence against imperialism.

An official of a construction group of Guinea said that Kim Jong Il led the Workers' Party of Korea for decades and thus achieved the great exploits, adding his feats serve as the eternal motive force giving a powerful impetus to the socialist cause of the DPRK.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held in Russia.
