S. Korean Regime Can Never Escape Stern Judgment by History: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet conservative regime will have to pay dearly for the hideous acts of treachery it has committed quite contrary to the will and wishes of the people, says Rodong Sinmun Monday in an article:

The anti-"government" popular actions now sweeping across south Korea are an eruption of resentment of people of various circles at the present ruling forces that have trampled down their vital rights by enforcing their fascist dictatorial rule for the past one year since they illegally seized power through unheard-of fraudulent election.

The conservative group has revived the ruling system and machinery dating back to the period of the "yusin" dictatorship and mercilessly violated the democratic freedom and rights of the toiling masses who account for an overwhelming majority of the population.

It has followed the policy of confrontation with compatriots what it called "confidence-building process," stoking distrust and confrontation between the north and the south.

It is getting more reckless in its anti- DPRK nuclear and "human rights" campaigns in cooperation with outside forces, refusing to respect and implement the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.

The group's moves to revive the "yusin" dictatorship and escalate the confrontation with compatriots will only trigger off bitterer wrath among the people.

The group of traitors, driven into in an extremely serious crisis after being cursed and forsaken by the people, is seeking a way out in intensifying its fascist suppression of them.

As history shows, all the puppet ruling forces, without exception, met a miserable end for resorting to fascist dictatorship.

The fascist suppression is by no means a recipe for everything. No brutal crackdown on the part of the conservative group can arrest the popular actions.
