The statement said that the authorities are brutally cracking down on the strike of the trade union against the privatization of railway service but the "National Assembly" has not played any role.

It noted that action is gaining in scope and strength to protect the trade union from the fascist suppression and bring home to the people the justice of the strike.

If the authorities do not stop the privatization of railway service, the trade union will continue staging the strike and the solidarity action will be expanded, the statement stressed.
