The puppet Seoul District Prosecutor's Office claimed that it discovered an "enemy-benefiting organization" so-called June 15 wind operated by members of the party and filed a suit against its leading members, according to KBS of south Korea on Dec. 15.

The puppet group took this action on charges that they followed the north's revolutionary line against the south, staged actions for the withdrawal of the U.S. troops and the abolition of the "Security Law", and stoked anti-U.S. sentiment in touch with higher "enemy benefiting bodies", etc. after forming an organization aimed to put an end to the division and subjugation and build a new country.

The puppet forces are more persistently resorting to the fascist suppression for eliminating the UPP at any cost despite the protest and criticism of south Koreans from all walks of life.
