| Pyongyang, December 13 (KCNA) -- Pak Pong Ju, premier of the DPRK Cabinet, Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Xavier Bettel upon his appointment as prime minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The message wished him success in his work for the development and prosperity of the country. On the same day, Pak Ui Chun, DPRK foreign minister, sent a similar message to Jean Asselborn upon his reappointment as foreign minister of Luxembourg. |
