The bulletin in its article titled "Leader always remembered by the people" said:

Two years have passed since Kim Jong Il passed away to our regret so untimely and all of a sudden.

This period was days when the people missed him so much.

He formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung as an integral system of idea, theory and method of Juche and glorified it as the guiding idea in the era of independence with his rare wisdom and energetic activities.

He, at the same time, strengthened and developed the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) into an invincible party and turned the DPRK into a country of single-minded unity.

He was the greatest man who performed great exploits on behalf of the country and its people and father of the people as he dedicated himself to the people's happiness.

He will always be remembered by the Korean people and world progressive people along with prosperous socialist Korea.

The bulletin in an article titled "Eternal general secretary of the WPK" stressed that he will always be alive along with the invincible WPK which leads the general advance of the Korean people for building a thriving socialist nation.
