S. Korea's "Theory of Adhering to Principle" Is Theory of Confrontation of Social Systems
Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- A commentator's article of Rodong Sinmun Thursday denounces the south Korean authorities' "theory of adhering to principle" as a criminal theory of escalating confrontation between social systems which fundamentally denies the reunification-oriented nature of the north-south ties and pursues division and stand-off.

The article goes on:

By calling for "normal state-to-state relations consistent with international standard" the puppet regime claims that it is "the consistent stand of the government to make the south-north relations those of normal state-to-state relations". It even openly speaks out that the "confidence-building process on the Korean Peninsula" is aimed to make "south-north relations consistent with international standard".

This is a traitorous remark fundamentally denying the reunification-oriented nature of the north-south ties.

The north-south ties are not country to country relations but special relations that are formed temporarily between the north and the south in the course of orientating toward becoming one.

International standard and norms which are generally applied to relations between countries can not work on the relations between the north and the south.

It is for this reason that the north and the south jointly confirmed the nature of the bilateral ties and the principle, norms and orders based on it long ago.

The north-south joint declarations, in particular, comprehensively specify principles and ways for improving the north-south ties and achieving the peaceful reunification and the prosperity common to the nation.

There can never be any unilateral principle and international standard as regards the north-south ties, other than the standard, principle and norms jointly agreed upon by the north and the south, and the concept of "normal state-to-state relations" are unimaginable.

However, the puppet authorities are talking about "international standard" and "normal state". This is aimed to make the north-south ties a plaything of outsiders and the issue of international dispute and escalate anti-DPRK racket in a bid to realize the dream of "unification of social systems" and "unification through absorption".

The "theory of normal state-to-state relations consistent with international standard" touted by the puppet regime is just a replica of the criminal theory of "two Koreas" called for by the "yusin" dictator.

The puppet regime malignantly slanders the dignity of the supreme leadership and the social system in the DPRK and even uses human scum in its racket for escalating confrontation and breeding plots against the DPRK allegedly to lead it to "change".

The regime is speaking in public of creating "world peace park" in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) along the Military Demarcation Line (MDL) but this is just a trick to keep Korea divided for an indefinite period and abuse the DMZ as an "area of confrontation under peace veil".

It is shame of the nation that its land remains divided by the MDL drawn by outsiders. But the south Korean regime is mulling turning the DMZ into "park" and make money by allowing foreign tourists in. This arouses great indignation.

The theory of "normal state-to-state relations" clamored by the puppet regime is hideous traitorous sophism revealing its anti-reunification and confrontational nature.
