The message wished the prime minister good health, happiness and greater success in his work, expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between two countries would continue to develop on good terms.

On the same day Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a similar message to Deputy Prime Minister Hor Nam Hong, minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia.
