Present at the opening ceremony were So Ho Won, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who is chairman of the DPRK-Sweden Friendship Association, officials concerned, citizens and Karl Olof Andersson, Swedish ambassador to the DPRK, and a staff member of the embassy.

Invited to the ceremony were embassy officials of different countries and members of the missions of international organizations here.

Speeches were made there.

The participants looked around photos and art pieces showing history, culture and customs of Sweden.
