Games of 30 Events of DPRK Championships End
Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- Games of more than 30 events of the DPRK Championships came to an end Tuesday.

The Amnokgang Sports Team came first and the April 25 Sports Team and the Sobaeksu Sports Team second and third in the men's volleyball event Tuesday.

The April 25 Sports Team placed first and the Sobaeksu Sports Team and the Pyongyang Sports Team second and third in the women's volleyball games.

In the men's and women's basketball games the April 25 Sports Team placed first and the Amnokgang Sports Team and the Kigwancha Sports Team second and third.

The players of the April 25 Sports Team proved successful in the men's and women's table tennis games while players of the Amnokgang Sports Team came second and the men players of the Pyongyang Sports Team and the women players of the Rimyongsu Sports Team placed third.

In the weightlifting team event the men of Kigwancha Sports Team and the women of the April 25 Sports Team bested other players, the men of the April 25 Sports Team and women of the Pyongyang Sports Team placed second and the men and women of the Amnokgang Sports Team won the third place.

In the judo team games the men and women of the Amnokgang Sports Team won the title, the men of the Pyongyang Sports Team and the women of the April 25 Sports Team placed second, the men of the April 25 Sports Team and the Kuwolsan Sports Team and the women of the Pyongyang Sports Team and the Sports Team of Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry came third.

The April 25 Defense Sports Team proved successful in the men and women's team games in the shooting and archery events.

The men and women players of the Ryongnamsan Sports Team and the women players of the April 25 Sports Team excelled others in the handball event.

In gymnastic games the Pyongyang Sports Team and the April 25 Sports Team came on top in the men and women's events respectively.

Successes were also made in many other events including marathon, field and track, boxing, swimming and field hockey.
