S. Korean Workers Demand Improved Social Status

| Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- Members of the Federation of Public Transport Trade Union under the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions held a rally in front of Posin Pavilion in Seoul on October 19 to demand the puppet government improve social status and treatment of workers, according to south Korean KBS. At the rally speakers denounced the "government" for enforcing a misrule deteriorating the living of the workers including tenders of sick persons and nurses. They urged it to take measures to improve social status and treatment of the workers, to begin with. |
