U.S. Urged to Exercise Restraint in Military Actions against DPRK
Pyongyang, October 22 (KCNA) -- The secretary of State and other high-ranking officials of the Obama administration recently vied with each other to let loose such rhetoric that the U.S. does not pursue a hostile policy toward the DPRK and has no intent to attack it.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says in a commentary in this regard:

What they uttered is nothing but hypocrisy. If the present U.S. administration truly wants to see denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula and peace and security in the region, it should exercise restraint in its military actions contrary to its allegation.

It is none other than the U.S. which spawned the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula and has posed a constant nuclear threat to the DPRK.

The U.S. is working hard to browbeat the DPRK through its escalated nuclear confrontation racket and nuclear blackmail but the army and people of the DPRK are not afraid of such "show of force." The U.S. nuclear racket periodically repeated on the Korean Peninsula has gone beyond the tolerance limit, rattling the nerves of the DPRK to extremes. Its escalated military provocations would compel the DPRK to intensify its political-military counteractions against them.

No smoke without fire.

The U.S. should bear in mind that unpredictable consequences will be entailed by the frequent saber-rattling being staged by the nuclear attack means of its aggression troops including nuclear carrier in the air and waters off the Korean Peninsula.

The warmongers had better behave themselves, clearly understanding the gravity of the situation.
