The gift was handed to Kim Yong Il, alternate member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, on Monday by head of the delegation Eiko Tomiyama, vice-president of the Central Executive Committee of the New Socialist Party of Japan.
