S. Korean Military Accused of Interfering in Election
Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- The south Korean paper Hangyore on Thursday carried an editorial titled "Growing suspicion over Defense Ministry's organized interference in election".

Evidence has been disclosed one after another proving that agents of the Cyber Command belonging to the puppet Defense Ministry interfered in the past "presidential election" in an organized way, the editorial said.

This is another shocking case in the wake of that of the Intelligence Service's interference in the election, it noted.

The Cyber Command was involved in the case though it was formed under the pretext of providing against someone's cyber attack, something more serious than the IS's interference in politics, it charged. It went on:

The Cyber Command received money from the IS and the two institutions built public opinion for the election at the same time. This casts big doubt as to the formation of mutual ties for the interference in the election.

When the fact was exposed, the military authorities ordered the investigation into the truth about the case, but there are a lot of doubts as to their ability to fully probe the truth.

If the military authorities do not probe the truth about the case, it is necessary to thoroughly probe the truth through state investigation and call them to account for it.
