Another Pusan-Masan Resistance in S. Korea Called for
Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- The current south Korean regime reminds everyone of the "Yusin" dictatorship.

It is illustrated by the fact that the south Korean chief executive, Park Geun Hye, a descendant of "Yusin" dictator Park Chung Hee, has engineered cooking up all sorts of plots to find excuses to suppress the progressives in south Korea.

A number of hardcore members of progressive organizations, including the South Headquarters of the Pan-National Alliance for Korea's Reunification, the Solidarity for Implementing the North-South Joint Declaration and the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification, have been put behind bars, labeled as "forces following the north" and "enemy-benefiting organization".

Not content with praising her father's "feats", she went to the lengths of decrying the south Korean people's struggle for democracy, while running amuck to crack down upon opposition parties.

The inter-Korean relations, which began going towards improvement thanks to the DPRK's positive initiatives and sincere efforts, have worsened due to her persistent moves to revive "Yusin" dictatorship.

The moves lay a big hurdle in the way for attaining the independent national reunification.

The representative of a south Korean opposition party said Park Guen Hye's politics reminds one of "Yusin" dictatorship, calling for launching the 2nd Pusan-Masan Resistance which rocked to the bottom the "Yusin" dictatorship in October 1979.

The south Korean newspaper Hangyore in an article titled "Disclose the Nature of 'Yusin'" said:

"Park Geun Hye is beautifying Park Chung Hee's coup d' etat and 'Yusin' as 'national salvation' and 'decision', but the words 'national salvation' are not enough to cover up the innumerable crimes her father committed."
