The WPK has achieved the single-minded unity of the leader, the party and masses, something rare to be found in other countries, and is performing its duty as the mother party deeply rooted among the people, he added.

The chairman of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway recalled that the WPK founded by Kim Il Sung has led the Korean revolution to victory and glory.

Speakers including the acting chief of the Kim Il Sung Library in Sofia, Bulgaria recalled that Kim Il Sung gave origin to the founding of a revolutionary party by forming the DIU and provided an organizational and ideological groundwork for founding the party in the crucible of the anti-Japanese struggle and Kim Jong Il steadily developed the WPK into the party of Kim Il Sung.
