Reception Given on Anniversary of Establishment of DPRK-Mongolia Diplomatic Ties
Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- The DPRK Foreign Ministry on Tuesday hosted a reception on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the DPRK-Mongolia diplomatic ties.

Invited to the reception were Manibadrakh Ganbold, Mongolian ambassador to the DPRK, and officials of his embassy.

Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun, Vice-Foreign Minister Pak Kil Yon and officials concerned were present there.

Pak Ui Chun said the relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Mongolia have greeted a new heyday of their development thanks to the particular care of the top leaders of the two countries.

He noted it is the fixed stand of the DPRK government to boost the long-standing friendship with Mongolia as required by the new era.

He wished Mongolian government and people greater successes in their work to achieve the socio-political stability and unity and develop the economy and national culture.

The Mongolian ambassador said in a speech that the Mongolian people together with the DPRK people are significantly marking the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The Mongolian ambassador stressed the need to further expand and develop the cooperative relations between the two countries in different fields.

He expressed the belief that a new chapter of the bilateral ties of friendship and cooperation would be opened this significant year.
