S. Korean Authorities' Unpopular Rule Assailed
Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- At least 3 000 self-supporting businessmen of south Korea held a rally around the building of the "National Assembly" on Oct. 11 in protest against the puppet government's unpopular tax policy, according to south Korean KBS.

At the rally speakers accused the authorities of trying to adopt a bill to levy excessive taxes on the poor self-supporting businessmen.

This is a behavior threatening the life of the poor people, they said, urging the authorities to immediately cancel the bill.
