In the message the chairman extended felicitations to Kim Jong Un and the DPRK people on behalf of the C.C., the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the WPK.

The message said that the WPK founded by President Kim Il Sung has always been at the head of the struggle of the Korean people for the socialist construction for the last decades.

The DPRK has won great successes in the fields of industry and agriculture, science, education and culture and made great development of the defence capacity under the leadership of the party.
