Floral Tribute Paid to Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il
Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- Service personnel and people of the DPRK have visited the statues of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, founder and builder of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), to pay tribute to them on the 68th anniversary of the WPK.

People visited the statues on Mansu Hill with ardent yearning and in reverence for the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu.

Seen before the statues was a floral basket from Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the WPK, first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army.

Laid before the statues were floral baskets, bouquets and flowers in the name of the party, armed forces and power organs, public organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of the KPA and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces and institutions, industrial establishments, farms and schools in Pyongyang City.

The Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front offered a floral basket before the statues.

The visitors made bows, recalling with deep emotion the immortal exploits performed by the great Generalissimos in party building.

A lot of people also visited the statues of Generalissimos and mosaics portraying their smiling images at Kim Il Sung University, Kim Il Sung Military University, the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces, the Ministry of People's Security, the Mansudae Art Studio and other places in Pyongyang.

Servicepersons, workers, youth and schoolchildren across the country visited the statues of Generalissimos and mosaics depicting their smiling images in their residential areas to pay tribute.
