DPRK Men's Football Team Defeats Japanese Rival 2:1

| Pyongyang, October 7 (KCNA) -- The men's football matches began as part of the 6th East Asian Games in Tianjin, China. The football matches brought together teams of the DPRK, China, Hong Kong of China, Japan and south Korea. The teams will hold league matches to decide standings. The DPRK team defeated Japanese rival 2:1 on October 6. The DPRK team will hold the second match with the south Korean team on October 10. |
