Foreign Media Praise Kim Jong Suk
Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- Public organizations of foreign countries posted articles on their websites on the 64th anniversary of demise of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk.

The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea carried an article titled "Kim Jong Suk, Woman Admired Forever" on Sept. 11.

Kim Jong Suk embarked on the revolutionary struggle in her teens to save the country and nation, the article said, and went on:

She joined the Korean People's Revolutionary Army led by President Kim Il Sung at her early age and waged an armed struggle for ten years against the Japanese imperialists for the liberation of Korea and won the fame as a woman commander.

In battlefields of the anti-Japanese war she shielded the President with her own body, protecting him from danger.

To her the President was like the heart and destiny of Korea whom she had to safeguard at the cost of her life.

She lived a short life but she devoted her all to the safety and health of the President all her life.

After the liberation of Korea she reliably assured his safety as his guard.

The Korean people named several places and units of the country after her to hand down her exploits.

The website of the Russian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK and the website of the Crimean Association for the Study of the Juche Idea of Ukraine posted articles dealing with her undying exploits under the headlines "Great Woman of Korea" and "Legendary Woman of Great Marksmanship" with her photos on Sept. 22.
