The south Korean authorities are talking a lot about "dialogue" but, in actuality, have gone mad with the smear campaign and war maneuvers against the DPRK in league with foreign forces, paying lip-service to dialogue, the article notes, and goes on:

This is evidenced by the fact that the puppet warmongers staged large-scale Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises targeting the DPRK in collusion with the U.S. in August last. What merits a serious attention is that they unhesitatingly staged a drill of making a nuclear strike at the DPRK after introducing B-52H nuclear strategic bombers as part of the war maneuvers. Die-hard warmongers such as traitor Kim Kwan Jin malignantly slandered the DPRK, trumpeting about "a precedent of the north's provocation while dialogue was under way" and "nuclear and missile threats from the north".

It is as clear as noonday that dialogue and cooperation between the north and the south can hardly be conducted under the present situation where the puppet regime of south Korea is misjudging the self-restraint of the DPRK and deliberately escalating the tensions while abusing the north-south dialogue for military provocations.

Dialogue can never go with war racket. Facts go to prove that the stumbling block lying in the way of mending the inter-Korean relations is a product of the south Korean puppet authorities' policy for confrontation with the DPRK and military provocations as they are abusing dialogue for confrontational racket, going against the trend of the times.

The more desperate the puppet authorities become in their confrontation with the DPRK, the further the inter-Korean relations will be deteriorated and the more seriously the peace and security on the Korean Peninsula be threatened. If they escalate confrontation despite the DPRK's warnings, the inter-Korean relations can never be repaired.
