Thaechon Power Station No. 5 is carrying out its daily quota at 130 percent, keeping generating equipment at full-capacity operation. It introduced a new type of field current restrictor into its generators while properly managing hydraulic structures.

The Hochongang Power Station has raised its turnout 1.3 times as compared with the same period of last year.

Its Station No. 3 is fulfilling its daily plan at over 110 percent by strictly observing the technical rules and standard regulations in operation of equipment, while Station No. 4 operates its equipment at full capacity, keeping them in good condition and preparing enough spare parts. Station Nos. 2, 5 and 6, too, are increasing their output through a socialist emulation drive for increased production.

Pujongang Power Station Nos. 2 and 3 have improved generating equipment to lay a solid foundation for raising efficiency of generators while regulating load on a rational way according to the features of generators.
