DPRK Anniversary Marked Abroad
Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- The 65th anniversary of the DPRK was marked with various events in foreign countries from Sept. 7 to 14.

The events included a Kimjongilia exhibition at Yuwen Middle School in Jilin of China, meetings in Sankt-Peterburg of Russia and in Minsk of Belarus and lectures at the faculty of fine arts in Guinean Art College and at a construction site in Conakry City in Guinea.

The chairman of the All-Russian Society for the Study and Dissemination of Kimilsungism, the chairwoman of the Kim Jong Suk Women's Union of Russia and other speakers praised President Kim Il Sung for his state-building exploits. They said he founded the Democratic People's Republic of Korea after the country's liberation on the basis of the precious experience gained in building the people's government during his anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, and turned the country into a socialist power--independent, self-supporting and self-defensive.

The chairman of the February 16 Belarus Youth Association for the Study of Juche Idea and Songun Politics admired the DPRK for covering the victorious and glorious path and achieving complete independence of the popular masses.

The rector of Guinean Art College said the cause of Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il has been reliably inherited by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The Korean people will enjoy victory and glory advancing towards the rosy future under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, he added.

A message of greeting to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting in Russia.
