Present there were Kwak Pom Gi, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Sung Hun, vice-premier of the Cabinet, Sim Chol Ho, minister of Posts and Telecommunications, officials concerned and the participants whose birthdays fall in the period of the meeting.

Kwak Pom Gi in his address said supreme leader Kim Jong Un took such warm care of making sure that birthday spreads were provided to those who celebrate their birthdays during the meeting.

He called on all the participants to bear this privilege deep in their minds and devote themselves to carrying out the tasks set forth in the letter sent by Kim Jong Un.
