Present there were chairpersons of self-governing associations for Korean National Culture in Nakhodka and Partizansk, other compatriots and consuls of the consulate general.

Displayed in the venue were photos documenting the immortal exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung in the nation-building and photos dealing with the great feats general secretary Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un performed in bolstering up the defence capability of the country and improving the people's living standard.

Also on display there were famous works of the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu, photos showing the invincible might of Songun Korea, books on their greatness, magazines and picture albums.

The participants laid bouquets before a full-length picture of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il standing on Mt. Paektu and paid tribute to them.

Then they looked round the photos and books on display and watched the Korean film "The Country Shining with Arms of Mt. Paektu."

Then followed speeches.

The speakers said that Kim Il Sung was the founder of socialist Korea who founded the DPRK, set up a genuine power for the people and successfully achieved the cause of building an independent and sovereign state.

They lauded Kim Jong Il for defending socialism by smashing the ceaseless moves of the U.S. imperialists to isolate and stifle the DPRK with arms of Songun, and turning it into an invincible politico-ideological power.

Noting that Kim Jong Un is successfully implementing the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, they said thanks to the seasoned leadership of Kim Jong Un the Korean people are registering astonishing successes in the building of an economic power and highly civilized nation.

They stressed the need for all Koreans to unite under the banner of "By our nation itself" and intensify the movement for reunification.
