The statement said:

The U.S. and the south Korean authorities are staging the frantic joint military exercises against the DPRK by mobilizing huge ground and naval forces.

The U.S. is describing Ulji Freedom Guardian as an "annual" and "defensive" drill but it is nothing but sophism to cover up its nature for aggression.

The U.S.-south Korea saber-rattling for aggression is a dangerous move for igniting a war to wreck peace and security on the Korean Peninsula and, furthermore, to threaten world peace.

The Supreme Council of the Communist Party of Romania and all party members strongly condemn the madcap military exercises kicked up by the U.S. and the south Korean authorities to ignite a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula at any cost.

The U.S. should not underestimate the Korean people but stop all the war maneuvers for aggression including the military exercises and withdraw all its military equipment from south Korea without delay.

The heroic Korean people loving justice and peace will repulse any move for aggression on the part of the U.S. and the south Korean authorities and win a final victory without fail under the wise leadership of Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un.
