S. Korean Students Publish Declaration on Situation

Pyongyang, August 27 (KCNA) -- The general student councils of Pusan National University, Konkuk University, Tuksung Women's University, Kyunghee University, Seoukmyung Women's University and Chonnam National University and two other universities of south Korea published a declaration on the situation on August 25 denouncing the Intelligence Services' illegal election.

The state investigation made this time is a hypocritical one and no punishment was inflicted on the criminals, the declaration charged. This made the people express disillusionment with the "government", it added.

The IS which hatched the illegal case and those concerned of the police who ordered to downplay the case should be sternly punished, it held, declaring: We will fight it out for the democratization of society.
