Present there were generals and officers of the KPA and soldiers of the unit.

The meeting started with narrative poem "Day of Songun of Kim Il Sung's Korea".

Ri Kyong Won, general of the KPA, recalled that Generalissimo Kim Il Sung personally chose the site for barracks and ground for training of the unit and guided the training when he was organizing the first tank unit after the country's liberation.

He went on:

Anti-Japanese War Hero Kim Jong Suk visited tank crew and showed warm loving care for them, regardless of Sundays and holidays.

Generalissimo Kim Jong Il visited Seoul Ryu Kyong Su Guards 105th Tank Division of the Korean People's Army on August 25, Juche 49 (1960) and started his Songun revolutionary leadership, instilling into service personnel the transparent spirit of devotedly defending the leader.

Seeing supreme leader Kim Jong Un accompanying Kim Jong Il during his inspection of the unit and personally driving a tank, we felt proud of holding another brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu in high esteem.

Listening to women's chorus "Thinking of Journeys for Songun Leadership" praising Kim Jong Il's immortal Songun leadership feats, the service personnel looked back with deep emotion on the revolutionary career of the brilliant commander who worked heart and soul for the development of the KPA.

Kim Yong Gwon, non-commissioned officer in extra service, said that he assisted the Supreme Commander's shelling in his tank in January, Juche 99 (2010).

Tank crew and members of the art squad of the unit sang the song "Ardent Desire" in chorus.

Prior to the meeting, the participants looked round the tank which Kim Jong Un personally drove and the sub-unit to which the Generalissimos provided field guidance.
