New Zealand Motorcyclists' Group to Tour Mt. Paektu and Mt. Halla Visits Area of Mt. Paektu
Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- A New Zealand motorcyclists' group to tour Mt. Paektu and Mt. Halla visited the area of Mt. Paektu on Sunday and Monday.

The members of the group placed bouquets before the statue of President Kim Il Sung on the shore of Lake Samji and the mosaic depicting the three commanders of Mt. Paektu in the secret camp on Mt. Paektu and paid respects to them.

They visited the birthplace of leader Kim Jong Il in the secret camp in Mt. Paektu.

After being briefed on the fact that born as a son of the guerrilla, he grew up, hearing the gun reports during the anti-Japanese war as a lullaby, they went round the historic relics preserved there with good care.

They also looked round the Samjiyon Grand Monument standing against the background of Mt. Paektu, group sculptures of subsidiary themes and the revolutionary relics on the shore of Lake Samji.
