In the message Pak said he is pleased that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries are favorably developing in different fields and wished his Kuwaiti counterpart greater success in his work for the development and prosperity of the country.

Pak Ui Chun, DPRK foreign minister, sent a similar message on the same day to Sabah Al Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah upon his reappointment as deputy prime minister and concurrently foreign minister.
