The message said:

I extend congratulations to you and the friendly people of the DPRK on the 60th anniversary of the victory in the great 1950-1953 Fatherland Liberation War.

The Korean people and the heroic Korean People's Army under the leadership of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, a distinguished strategist and statesman, defeated the outnumbered aggressors and forced the enemies to sign the Korean Armistice Agreement.

The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia has always supported the policy of the DPRK and will do so in the future, too.

I am pleased that the DPRK has turned into an industrialized state of Asia with developed infrastructure, great scientific potential and effective higher educational system training talents in all the fields of national economy since the ceasefire.

Noting that Zhirinovsky is joining Kim Jong Un in proudly greeting the 60th anniversary of the victory in the great 1950-1953 Fatherland Liberation War, the message wished him and all the Korean people happiness and prosperity.

It expressed belief that the DPRK would successfully foil the political and military provocations of the hostile countries and the relations between Russia and the DPRK would remain traditional relations of friendship.

It also hoped peace would settle on the Korean Peninsula.
